At A to Z Holistic Nutrition, my primary focus is Women's and Maternal Health through a holistic lens. Supporting women and mothers on their journey to optimal health with an emphasis on the big picture allows these women a much greater opportunity for sustainable growth and change. Women encounter many different transition stages throughout their lives, and each stage, such as fertility, perimenopause, menopause, etc. require adjustments in nutrition support. Witnessing women go from a place of overwhelm and disempowerment to a place of strength, self-awareness, empowerment, and belief in themselves is a humbling and transformative experience.

*Sessions and package options are based on the unique needs of each client. Examples include but are not limited to a multiple session package utilized over a shorter period of time, two sessions per month for 3 months and monthly sessions for maintenance support.
Initial meetings with clients typically last 90 minutes,
with follow-up sessions lasting 60 minutes.
